Landscapes in acrylic paint where vibrant colours and textures are combined to capture the emotional essence of places, memories, and fleeting moments in nature.
My work reflects both the world around us and the inner landscapes we carry within.
Lately, I’ve been working in many layers—adding, scraping, glazing, wiping, and repeating. It’s a slow and deliberate process, one that mirrors my fascination with places marked by time, where traces of the past still linger. Each layer in these new landscapes holds a memory, a moment, a mark—inviting the viewer to pause and wonder.
For me, atmosphere isn’t just about depicting a place; it’s about presence. It’s about creating a space where the mind can drift—like waves meeting the shore—leaving behind echoes of stories untold.
Ultimately, I want my paintings to invite daydreaming. To become quiet, open worlds where you can get lost and, perhaps, find something new.
